• We will share an invite to join us on Telegram app.
• We use Telegram for photo sharing since it allows sharing full resolution pics & videos, and is secure.
• Once connected on Telegram, you can start sharing photos as you take them.
• We will also remind you once in a few days to send photos in case you forgot to send any.

How PreCoD Works:

• When you complete purchase with CoD option, we will ship the invoice for your album via courier immediately.
• When receiving invoice, you need to pay the total money for the album as usual CoD.
• Once CoD payment done, we will start your album process & share the Invite link to send photos for the album.

Why do we do this:

• Making albums takes a lot of time & effort. When you use our service and send photos regularly, we spend significant time in collecting, organizing & designing.
• If, for some reason you refuse to accept album once made & shipped, it will be a waste of time, effort & resources for us.
• So, we will craft your album only after payment received. Since you prefer paying via cash, we do Pre-CoD for your ease!

No, we do not edit photos. We print your memories just the way you’ve captured them.

We only adjust size, position & cropping.

We do not do color correction, resolution correction, brightness, saturation, hue adjustments etc.

Yes, we can make a special album just for you, whether its your birthday, honeymoon, wedding, a function or any other special occasion.

We put a lot of time & effort in crafting every mom’s special album, so we’d be sad to see you leave us.

But if you do wish to cancel your album order, here is our refund policy:

• If it has been sent for printing or has been printed already, no refund is possible.
• If it has not yet been printed, we will provide a 40% refund.
• As an alternative to cancellation, you may choose to get the album printed with whatever images you have sent till date.
  • We will work out the price for such an album with you, but will be a minimum of Rs. 2,800.

•  We craft your albums specially for you. So we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges once printed and/or shipped.
• In case of any quality issues, please share a video via WhatsApp or Telegram, we’ll try to help you out the best we can. These memorable albums are precious keepsakes after all!
• In case of damage or loss during transit, we will gladly replace your album with a new one.
  • To show us it was damaged during transit, please share an unboxing video, we definitely need this to make a replacement.
• Once your custom album is printed, we can’t make any exchanges or added changes.

2. You may choose to get the album printed with whatever images you have sent till date.
